Extremely happy with MyBudget and how it helped put us back on track and pay off our debts. Every single staff member I spoke with had empathy, knowledge and understanding of each unique situation. Not once have I felt embarrassed or anxious talking about my finances. I have and will continue to recommend to all my family and friends.
We have joined My Budget as of last Tuesday. They worked out a budget for us which was active and in place by Friday and it was our first Budget this week so far so good. Staff are friendly and response to messages are normally replied to within an hour or you can ring with little wait time or you can chat online. So our experience is good so far but just have to see as each of us have a different situation so you can only try it for yourself. This organisation is for everyone from people working to the unemployed.
My fiancé and I have just signed up with my budget and so far so good! The 12 + month projection shows us there is a light at the end of a very dark tunnel! I will update my review as time goes on!
These guys are a breath of fresh air. Straight after my call I felt a huge weight off my shoulders. This is my second time with MyBudget and returned due to the simplicity of the service.
