I’ve used JSM multiple times now and they’ve always knocked it out of the ballpark every time without fail. Every interaction, from the initial phone intake to working with the moving crew, is always smooth and efficient. Christian & Brandon were super personable and professional when they met me at my Uhaul storage unit in Hayward 15mins ahead of time. They then proceeded to quickly and carefully transfer all my boxes into their truck. They then made their way the hour drive out to my new place in SF and got everything unloaded into my garage in record time. They really made my move stress (and back-pain) free and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Make sure to tip these guys, they really work hard!
I’ve moved with Jays’s twice. Most recently in May 2022. They are fantastic. The team of three were self starters and didn’t waste a moment. I even had to encourage them to take a break because they were working so hard without stopping. Not only were they very efficient, they were professional and kind – making us feel comfortable. Each item was wrapped and handled with great care. They make moving easy (when it’s normally a nightmare).
We had a wonderful experience using Jay’s Small moves, with Christopher, Luis and Anthony. Lots of clear communication beforehand, and on the day of, they were professional, showed up on time, super efficient, and very reasonable price to move within Oakland. Thank you so much!!
